CUTT IT Program

CUTT IT is a 6-week weight loss program designed to jump-start your weight loss journey and achieve your fitness goals. Each week will consist of three 40-minute classes.

Participants will provide a list of time preferences, and we will work to make a schedule that works for everyone.

Week 1

The first week of the CUTT IT PROGRAM will focus on setting goals, understanding your body composition and establishing a foundation for the rest of the program. We will work with you to identify your specific weight loss goals and create a customized plan that will help you achieve them. Our body composition analysis will give you a clear picture of where you stand, and the progress you will make.

Week 2-3

During the second and third weeks, you will begin to implement your plan and start seeing real results. You will be introduced to a variety of exercises and training techniques that will help you burn fat, build lean muscle, and tone your entire body. The program will also include a proper nutrition plan that will support your weight loss goals, fuel your body, and help you lose weight and keep it off.

Weeks 4-5

In weeks four and five, you will continue to push yourself to new limits, and will start seeing even more dramatic changes in your body. The CUTT IT PROGRAM will fine tune each individual program for maximum results, and help each individual overcome any obstacles that they may be facing. This is when the program will be at its most challenging, but also the most rewarding.

Weeks 6

By the final week of the CUTT IT PROGRAM, you will have made significant progress towards your weight loss goals. You will have lost weight, built lean muscle and developed a strong foundation of knowledge, skills, and habits that will help you maintain your progress for years to come.
